Which credit cards do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo.
Yes, you may, as long as the item has not been shipped by the vendor. If the order has been sent to the vendor, we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was cancelled, accept delivery of the item and call us for return instructions.
I cancelled my order, but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take? We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want? If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges UNLESS, the item has been altered by someone other than us. We do not guarantee merchandise taken to your own personal tailor. Returns must be made prior to alteration. So please be sure to inspect your merchandise to be sure it is free of defects and fits you properly before alteration. Please call us for return authorization before shipping. All merchandise without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Returns should be shipped to the following address only, even if your shipment came straight from the factory:
What happens if the item I ordered is not available? Our vendors ship the merchandise before or on the estimated date the majority of the time. However, on occasion, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the event of a delay you will be notified by email of the estimated delivery date, and given the option to cancel with a full refund if the date is unacceptable. (Your card is not charged until your item is shipped.) A second choice option may be available and will be checked if requested. We reserve the right to cancel an order with full refund at any time.
Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase? Orders Shipped to addresses within Virginia will be taxed at 5% regardless of Billing Address. Shipping charges ARE taxable in the state of Virginia, as well. All other states are currently tax free. If tax laws are amended in any way, your order will reflect the current tax laws at the time the order is taken.
How long will it take to receive my order? Standard ground shipping will take 7-10 days in most cases. If the item has to come from a vendor it could possibly take up to 2 weeks to reach you. Items sent second day or overnight will usually come straight from the vendor to you. If the item is on backorder you will be contacted for the option to change shipping or cancel the order.
Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box? No. The majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. addresses. Non-Continental U.S. addresses do not qualify for ground shipping rates. Foreign addresses may require additional shipping charges and will be handled on an individual basis at our discretion. We will contact foreign customers by email to validate all orders.
Can I ship my order to a different address? Yes! When you place your order, just fill out the section marked 'Ship To' with a valid street address. You may ship to a business or residential address.
